Job Description CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator 16.00+ per hour + Overtime (Negotiable DOE) Day Shifts We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our clients production team in Brighouse. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can work independently, program from drawings and produce precision components to the highest standards. Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm ~ 16.00+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience) Program, set and operate Mill/Turn CNC machines Manufacture small batch and one-off components Maintain high levels of quality, safety, and housekeeping Use and adapt programs across Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls Apprentice-trained or time-served machinist Strong background in CNC turning with live tooling Experience with Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls Ability to work from drawings with minimal supervision Experience machining large components and small batch work This is a stable, full-time role with excellent work-life balance, a great culture where your skills are valued.
