This is a warehouse-based role involving the day-to-day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude. This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required
- Having a great work ethic, a can-do attitude, and be willing to get stuck in to any tasks
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
- Following all company health & safety procedures
- Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
- This is predominantly a warehouse role with additional FLT
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
