About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for a construction company who need an experienced administrator based in their clients site.
This is a prestigious client, based within one of Central London's most iconic and internationally recognised heritage buildings.

As Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing efficient administrative assistance across multiple departments and ensuring the highest standards of organisation and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and coordinate diaries.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices and general office administration.
- Liaise confidently with contractors, suppliers, clients and visitors.
- Coordinate documentation relating to ongoing restoration, conservation and construction projects where required.
- Assist with document control and maintain project records.
- Organise meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation and project administration.
- Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion.
- Assist with event coordination and visitor arrangements when required.
- Provide general office support to ensure the efficient operation of the business.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Previous experience in a Construction company would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong data entry and document management skills.
- Experience working within construction, architecture, property, heritage or conservation sectors.
- Knowledge of document control systems.
- Experience supporting project teams.
- Understanding of listed buildings or heritage restoration projects.
- Experience working within a prestigious or high-profile environment.
