Major Recruitment is working alongside a global flavour and extracts business who have facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. They are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth across the UK, Ireland and select European markets

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company\’s presence and selling high-value flavor solutions across sweet and beverage applications

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager

  • Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Develop strategic sales plans, targeting market growth
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, reporting progress to leadership
  • Cross-sell the full flavor range, maximising opportunities
  • Support key portfolios, working closely with sales, marketing, and R&D
  • Achieve budget targets, contributing to business success

Skills required to be a successful Account Manager

  • 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development within food & beverage.
  • Previous experience selling flavours
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
  • Degree in Food Science, Business, or Marketing
