About the Role

Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant to join a high-performing Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, who is confident supporting and mentoring others while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and consistent CRM usage throughout the customer journey
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate sales within agreed parameters and support escalations where required
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying process
  • Conduct home demonstrations to a high standard
  • Maintain high presentation standards across developments
  • Work closely with Marketing and Site teams to support sales performance
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members

Experience

  • Experience in a target-driven sales role (new homes, property, retail or similar)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a sales process from enquiry through to completion
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident IT and administrative skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Understanding of property sales processes and plot progression
