Pay: 40,068.00 per year

Salary: 40,068.06 per annum

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts:

  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00

Overtime Rates:

  • 1.5x hourly rate for weekday and Saturday overtime
  • 2x hourly rate for Sunday overtime

Annual Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of annual salary through the company’s performance bonus scheme. Bonus period runs January to December and is paid in March. Pro-rated for employees joining part way through the year.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets while developing and supporting their team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop production team members.
  • Drive KPI performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to maximise output and efficiency.
  • Support problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
  • Manage employee performance, training, development and engagement.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health.
