Pay: £13.03 per hour Job Description: FLT Counterbalance Driver Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts Overtime: Available, paid at enhanced rates Job Description We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently, moving stock around the warehouse, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, weekday employment with the opportunity to earn extra money through overtime. Working Hours * Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm * Late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm * Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday * Overtime available when required * Overtime paid at time and a half * Sunday working paid at double time Key Responsibilities * Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely. * Loading and unloading vehicles. * Moving, stacking and locating stock within the warehouse. * Supporting warehouse operations and general duties as required. * Following health and safety procedures at all times. * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Requirements * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence. * Previous counterbalance forklift experience preferred. * Good understanding of warehouse health and safety. * Reliable, punctual and hardworking. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
