Major Recruitment is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for their office in Telford. This role is office based and full time.
Salary: dependent on experience
Commission:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage a full recruitment desk
- Contacting potential clients by phone and email and identifying opportunities
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from taking the vacancy, sourcing candidates through to placement
- Visiting Clients
Skills and experience:
- Previous recruitment experience
- Business development experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confident when speaking to Clients or Candidates
- Full driving licence
