I am currently recruiting for a CNC Milling Programmer /Setter /Operator / Works Foreman for my Client based in Telford, this is a permanent basis.
Salary –negotiable depending on experience
7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 3.15pm Friday – 40hrs per week
28 days inc bank holidays – increasing 1 day per year for every full year worked to 25 days + BH
Work Place pension
Responsibilities
- Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machines
- Read engineering drawings and 3D CAD Models
- Lead and manage the day-to-day shop floor operations
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Ensure Health and Safety and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
- Time served CNC machinest
- Strong CNC milling programming, setting and operating experience
- CAD/CAM knowledge
- Experience of operating Siemans/Heidenheim controllers is required
- PowerMill cam software experience is required
- Able to read engineering drawings and experience with 3D CAD models
- Leadership experience
- ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing experience
