My Cannock based company is currently recruiting for an experienced Laboratory Manager.
Salary: £32k - £35k
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Benefits:
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Company related bonus
Responsibilities:
- Routine analysis of electroplating solution samples from customers
- Recommendations of additions to optimise bath performance
- Troubleshooting and arranging specialist analyses with external laboratories
- Testing of production batch samples
- Manufacturing of small-scale batches of liquid and dry blend products
- Responsible for issuing product labels with correct symbols
- Dealing with requests for Certificates of Conformity
- Obtaining quotations and placing orders for lab chemicals
Skills and Experience:
- Previous lab experience
- Previous experience within the aerospace industry or chemical industry
Previous roles: Laboratory Technician, Lab Tech, Laboratory Assistant
