We are looking for a Service Adminstrator / Scheduling Coordinatorwith good organisation and customer management skills to join a busy Service Team with a medium sized Engineering company. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment!
What You\’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
- Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
- Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
- Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
- Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
- Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
- Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks
What You\’ll Bring:
