Major Recruitment are recruiting an Assistant Credit Controller for a well‐established manufacturer based in New Mills. This is a permanent role from day one, ideal for someone looking to build or continue a career in credit control and finance.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the management and collection of outstanding customer balances
  • Reviewing aged debt and chasing payments
  • Allocating payments to the sales ledger
  • Carrying out new customer credit checks and due diligence
  • Setting up and maintaining credit terms
  • Raising and monitoring credit notes
  • Supporting month‐end processes and reporting
  • Providing general office support when required

Salary: 25,000 per annum

Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am‐4:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am‐4:30 pm
