Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced End-of-Line Quality Inspector to join our clients team within a busy automotive manufacturing operation in Witham The role will involve carrying out quality inspections and checks on high-end automotive components and car parts, ensuring products meet the required quality and customer standards before leaving the production line. Key Responsibilities Carrying out end-of-line quality inspections on automotive components. Inspecting finished products for defects, damage and quality issues. Checking components against drawings, specifications and quality standards. Using measuring equipment and inspection tools where required. Identifying and recording non-conforming products. Working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Completing quality documentation and inspection reports. Ensuring products meet customer and company requirements before dispatch. Supporting investigations into recurring quality problems. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail when inspecting high-value automotive components. Requirements Previous experience in quality inspection, quality engineering or end-of-line inspection. Automotive or manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Good understanding of quality control and inspection processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail. Confident identifying defects and quality issues. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment would be advantageous. Working Hours & Pay £12.71 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, overtime will be available Witham, Essex This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-end automotive manufacturing environment, inspecting components where quality and attention to detail are essential.
