About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our Hardener Section team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for skill development.

Key Duties

  • Labelling and packing products
  • Decanting products at set weights using semi‑automated filling machines and by hand
  • Ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Counterbalance FLT license is an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
