This role is full-time, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. (These hours are none-negotiable so please only reply if you can commit to these hours). Duties and tasks will include: Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception as well as answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner Photocopying, scanning and printing a variety of documents Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts Booking meeting rooms and keeping meeting rooms tidy Ordering stationary suppliesCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following: Professional and friendly, with a confident telephone manner Be a problem solver with a can-do attitude Be a team player with the ability to work independently Good attention to detail Experience within a reception role is desirableYou may also be required to provide holiday and sickness cover to their Sheldon site.
