Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our highly professional leisure client who are seeking an inspiring, motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to join their successful and busy gym. You will be full time and working a 40 hour week with eight hour shifts, five days a week. The gym is open Monday to Sunday 6am to 10pm, so you must be available to work within these hours.
Duties and tasks will include:
- Conduct gym inductions for new members, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their fitness journey.
- Deliver personal training programs tailored to individual member goals.
- Lead dynamic and engaging Les Mills group fitness classes and other fitness sessions as required.
- Supervise and promote the safe and correct use of all gym equipment, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, training plans, and overall wellness.
- Ensure members are aware of club rules, safety procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage participation, retention, and a positive fitness culture.
- Support the development and promotion of fitness programs, events, and member engagement activities.
