Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our Darlaston client who due to expansion are seeking an experience Machining Manager to join their successful manufacturing division. Hours – (phone number removed)pm Mon to Thurs – 7.30am to 1.30pm Friday and parking is available. Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following: Direct engineering personnel responsibility within our Graphite Manufacturing Division Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver world class products using best practice and modern processing techniques Part of the site leadership team and responsible for driving a culture of world class quality and HSE Previous success in NPI and Continuous Improvements in a CNC machining environment Management of suppliers in the Machining division Managing the Preventative Maintenance on site regarding Capital equipment Managing a team of around 30 people including 2 offline Prod EngineersCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following: This is a hands on role suiting an individual with machining & aerospace experience .
