Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our Halesowen based client who are seeking an Installation Manager to work at their head office. The organisation specialise in security systems and access control so a background in this sector is essential.
Duties and tasks will include:
- Manage Security projects from initial scope through to completion.
- Oversee multiple projects at any one time.
- Take ownership of project P&L, ensuring financial and operational targets are achieved.
- Manage engineering resources and sub-contract labour effectively.
- Maintain H&S information throughout the projects with support of the Compliance Team.
- Liaison with site teams to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Produce project documentation including drawings, programmes and RAMS.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards including carrying out internal compliance audits.
- Witness testing and handover of projects.
- Reporting of project base to senior management team.

- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, Project Manager or Small Works Manager within Fire and Security.
- Strong technical understanding of Security Systems.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
