Major Recruitment are looking for a Hygiene Manager in Leicester. Initial 3 month with a potential permanent role. Salary: 40k p/annum. Weekly hours will be 40 and 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Location: Wigston LE18.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and professional approach while working on site.
- Take ownership of KPIs.
- Ensure all allocated tasks are completed to the correct frequency & high standard.
- Ensure Supervisors and support staff operational documentation are fully and correctly completed, e.g. ensuring cleaning sign off records are fully & correctly completed. (This data feeds into KPI and external audit results).
- Take responsibility for the completion of payroll.
- Responsible for recruitment and ISS onboarding.
- Conduct annual Staff Appraisals.
- Attend ISS management monthly & quarterly meetings.
- Attend Client weekly and Monthly Meetings.
Competences/Training:
- Previous Hygiene Management experience, experience of managing a team, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment.
- H&S Management.
- Experience of working in the food industry (Preferred).
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Team Building.
- Problem Solver.
- Knowledge of cleaning methodology, systems & procedures.
- Staff Appraisal.
- Training will be involved.
