Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional and creative organisation on the outskirts of Halesowen, who are seeking a creative E-Commerce Specialist to join their successful team on a permanent basis. Hybrid options are available for 2-3 days per week but please only apply if you are within a commutable distance to Halesowen, West Midlands. Duties and tasks will include: * Responsible for managing the Shopify web platform, maintaining functionality, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing new features or apps when available/suitable. * Optimise website performance, including speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness. * Develop and implement a strategy to increase sessions, conversion and customer retention and grow the online share of business (tracking with analytics) in conjunction with commercial/marketing team. * Optimise the customer journey, from site navigation to checkout, ensuring a user-friendly and secure shopping experience. Ensuring product listings, descriptions, and visuals are accurate and compelling.
