Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter (driving) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start. You will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world. Joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots.
You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application, as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, with a full understanding of candidate attraction and transport related compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential).
- Ability to manage both sides and control the process, communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers.
Pay Rate / Hours / Location:
- Up to £17-£18 per hour.
- Full Time Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid, office location Smethwick.
- Temporary ongoing contract.
