We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders / Waste Operatives to join a busy and hardworking team.
Pay: £12.71 p/h
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00am - 16:00pm. Overtime and Saturdays may be required depending on business needs.
As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a crew collecting domestic waste, including:
- General household waste
- Recycling
- Garden waste
This is a physically demanding role that involves:
- Loading and unloading wheelie bins and waste containers
- Manual handling throughout the day
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Following planned collection routes and working to strict schedules
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to undertake manual, physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential, as travel to the depot is required
