Join one of the most high-tech herb and salad production facilities! We are looking for reliable and hardworking production operatives to become a key part of our fast-paced, innovative team. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, playing a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality herbs and salads for our customers.

Your Role:

  • Seeding and Planting: You will be responsible for seeding new trays of crops, preparing them for growth.
  • Harvesting: You will carefully harvest crops, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Packing: Once harvested, you will be involved in packing the crops for retail and food service customers.

Daily Duties:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the production area, ensuring food safety protocols are always followed.
  • Sample Collection and Record Keeping: Regularly collecting crop samples for quality checks and keeping accurate production records.
  • Adaptability: Being able to switch tasks when needed and thrive in an environment that prioritises customer satisfaction and food safety.

Requirements:

  • Food Production Experience: Previous experience in a food production environment is required, as you will need to follow strict food safety standards and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
