Our subcontractor client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing commercial construction business delivering high-quality interior projects across the UK. Working in partnership with Tier 1 contractors, you will play a key role in managing multiple fit-out and interior construction projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, cost, and programme. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple concurrent interior fit-out projects ranging from £20,000 to £1,000,000 in value.
- Take full ownership of project delivery, including budgets, programmes, and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 Construction Contractor clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project lifecycle including planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and health.
