Join one of the most high-tech herb and salad production facilities! We are looking for reliable and hardworking production operatives to become a key part of our fast-paced, innovative team. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, playing a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality herbs and salads for our customers.
Your Role:
- Seeding and Planting: You will be responsible for seeding new trays of crops, preparing them for growth.
- Harvesting: You will carefully harvest crops, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Packing: Once harvested, you will be involved in packing the crops for retail and food service customers.
Daily Duties:
