Our client delivers complex, high-profile commercial fire protection installation projects across the UK from major prison builds to restaurant fit-outs. They are growing fast, and are looking for someone who can take ownership, bring structure, and lead projects from the first conversation to the final commissioning sign-off.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll lead the safe, successful delivery of installation or Fire Protection Systems projects, ensuring they hit their commitments on time, cost, and quality. That means planning, coordinating, problem-solving, managing stakeholders, and keeping everything moving smoothly from day one to handover.

What You'll Bring:

  • A solid background in Mechanical Installation of Large Pumps or Pipes, or HVAC / Heating, or Fire Protection Systems.
  • Experience delivering large-scale commercial mechanical installation projects.
  • A structured, methodical approach to project management.
  • Confidence managing full project lifecycles.
  • Experience with water mist or fire sprinkler systems is a bonus.
  • Prince 2 Qualification is essential to have for this position.
