Job Opportunity: Mill Operative – Immediate Start Location: Stadbroke, Eye Starting Rate: £12.81 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts Shift 1: 6:00am – 2:15pm Shift 2: 2:00pm – 10:15pm Temp to Perm Opportunity + Progression Are you reliable, hard-working, and looking for a hands-on role in a growing business? We\’re hiring Mill Operatives to join a busy production team. What You\’ll Be Doing: Lifting and handling bags of dog food (up to 15kg) Stacking and wrapping pallets Following health & safety procedures Working efficiently as part of a team Helping keep production running smoothlyWhat We\’re Looking For: A \”can-do\” attitude and team spirit Willingness to learn and get stuck in Good time management and reliability Ability to work in a physically demanding role Comfortable working in varying temperatures (cold/hot)Reach truck and FLT training are a bonus – but not essential!
