Major Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift & Bagging Operative to join our client\'s team in Cantley, Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
Your Role Will Involve:
Supporting the operation of bagging production lines
Moving goods safely with a Counterbalance Forklift
Conducting quality checks on packed products
Using electronic systems for stock control
Assisting with general factory and warehouse duties
Engaging in manual handling tasks as required
What We\'re Looking For:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence - essential
Flexibility to work across all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - desirable
A good level of physical fitness and willingness to do manual work
Own transport and driving licence preferred due to site location
A positive, \"can-do\" attitude and willingness to learn
Basic level of English
