What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be Innovative with Technical Expertise: Creating, maintaining, and managing raw material and finished product specifications. Working across multiple platforms, specification systems, customer portals, and internal documentation. Acting as the first point of contact for customer spec queries. Prioritising work effectively while adapting quickly to changing demands.
  • Have a Passion for Quality: Collaborating closely with our Technical and Quality teams. Completing a wide range of customer technical documentation and specifications. Supporting the upkeep of business certifications, including BRCGS and customer approvals. Playing a key role in audits, customer visits, and traceability exercises. Ensuring all work aligns with our Quality Management System to maintain standards.
