We are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast paced cold stores operation, leading warehouse activities and helping drive performance, safety and team success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Shift Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front.

You'll be working alongside your team on the warehouse floor, supporting daily operations, driving performance and helping the shift run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising cold store warehouse operations and supporting daily workflow.

Leading, motivating and developing warehouse staff.

Monitoring productivity and performance metrics.

Maintaining health and safety standards.

Supporting stock control and inventory management.

Using Excel and Outlook to manage reporting and communication.

Working within a cold store environment.

Experience

Required

Supervisory experience within a warehouse, stores or manufacturing environment.

Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential.

Reach Truck Licence desirable.

Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Ability to work with Excel formulas and performance metrics.

Warehouse or Manufacturing Stores experience essential.

Comfortable working in a cold store environment.

Details & Package: Starting base salary of £33,000 p. a.

Increasing to £35,000 following successful probation completion.

Realistic earnings of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum with overtime.

Overtime opportunities available.
