Are you a strong people manager who can improve performance, develop teams, and drive a more proactive commercial culture? We are recruiting for a well-established business looking for somebody to lead and develop an internal customer support/sales team, helping move the function from reactive support into a more commercially focused environment. This role is focused on coaching, leadership, performance improvement, and embedding better processes and ways of working - not aggressive sales management.

The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a customer-facing team
