Looking for a role where you can really make your mark in HR? This is a brand-new opportunity for an ambitious HR Officer to join a small, growing team and help shape how people are hired, supported, and engaged. It would suit someone currently in an HR Admin role and looking for the next step.

You will work closely with the Director to set up HR processes, lead recruitment, roll out new contracts, and create internal communications that bring the team together. It is hands-on, varied, and full of potential for someone who wants to grow into a more senior role.
