I\’m recruiting on behalf of a leading childcare organisation for an HR Officer who wants more than just admin. In this role, you\’ll take the reins on recruitment, onboarding, and people processes that truly make a difference – ensuring every new starter feels welcome, supported, and set up for success.

What you\’ll be doing:
Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Managing induction programmes that get new hires off to a flying start.

What you\’ll bring:
HR experience, preferably in a childcare/healthcare field (although not essential)
