Finance Manager Blackpool c£40,000 – £45,000 This is an opportunity to take on a key finance role within a well-established business, gaining exposure to both financial and operational accounting. The Role As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for: Preparing monthly accounts for two legal entities. Managing balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and statutory reporting. Leading the annual audit process and tax computations. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Supporting payroll and pension processing. Managing a small finance team, providing leadership and development. What We're Looking For Newly qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA ideally Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Power Query experience is an advantage).
