We are recruiting an experienced Site Administrator for an established manufacturing business in Wigan. This is a busy and varied position providing purchasing and administrative support across the site. A key part of the role will be raising purchase orders, booking in goods and resolving supplier invoice queries, alongside general office and site coordination.
Duties will include:
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Booking in goods and maintaining delivery documentation
- Resolving queries with suppliers and Purchase Ledger
- Ordering stationery, uniforms and site supplies
- Preparing weekly operational reports
- Managing new-starter packs, clock cards and site access
- Greeting visitors and assisting with couriers and deliveries
- Arranging transport, accommodation and meeting refreshments
- Preparing letters and taking notes during employee meetings
- Providing general administrative support across the business
We are looking for:
- Previous administration or purchasing experience
- Experience raising purchase orders and booking in goods
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing a busy and varied workload
- A helpful, proactive and professional approach
- A driving licence and access to a car
