We are looking for qualified and experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineers to join a growing team delivering high-quality installs across the UK. Whether you are looking for secure permanent work or a subcontract arrangement, we offer reliable, consistent opportunities with fair pay and proper support.

The Work:

  • Installation of domestic air source heat pump systems
  • Typical Monday departure, return Friday once the job is complete
  • Accommodation booked and paid
  • Overnight allowance provided (permanent role only)
  • Team-based installs

You’ll Need (for both roles):

  • F-Gas qualification (Category 1 or equivalent)
  • Fully qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Air Source Heat Pump qualification (e.g. BPEC or equivalent)
  • Water Regulations Certificate (WRAS)
  • Unvented hot water cylinder qualification (G3)

Permanent Role Includes:

  • Salary approx. £39,000 (based on experience)
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Paid accommodation and overnight allowance
  • Holiday pay and pension
  • Consistent pipeline of national work

Subcontractor Role Includes:

  • Fixed-price per install (rates agreed based on system type)
  • Paid accommodation
  • You’ll need your own van, tools, insurances and certification
  • Weekly payments on invoice
