*About the Role:*
As a Production Operative, you will work in a warm/ambient environment handling with bakery products and be involved in the preparation, processing, packing or dispatching of products to optimum efficiency in terms of speeds, performance and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
β Sieving, weighing, and measuring of ingredients.
β Monitoring and sorting of products on the production lines.
β Building and packing boxes with finished product.
β Recording details onto production records.
β Washing down production lines.
β Cleaning production areas.
β Manual handling.
β Adhering to safe working practices
β Participating in initiatives to improve process and performance of equipment, role and department
β Independently generate ideas to improve performance in working area.
