Transport Supervisor – Leeds (4 on / 4 off) Up to Β£32,000 + Benefits | 05:30 – 17:30 | 42.5 hours per week We\’re working with a well-established distribution business that\’s experiencing significant growth. They\’re now seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join their busy Leeds depot and help ensure smooth and compliant operations. The Role: You\’ll be the driving force behind transport operations, making sure drivers, vehicles, and deliveries run to the highest standards. Responsibilities include: Managing driver rotas and shift patterns Monitoring routes to meet customer ETAs and company compliance Handling driver and customer queries Conducting investigations, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution Supervising driving and transport office teams Checking vehicles on return for defects or damage Ensuring drivers follow company duties, checks, and uniform policies Maintaining vehicle temperature compliance Sending daily reports to management and responding to customer communications What you\’ll bring: Previous experience in a transport environment (essential) Strong knowledge of Working Time Regulations & Drivers Hours legislation Solid geographical knowledge of the UK Ability to work under pressure with changing workloads Confident use of MS Office and transport/logistics software Excellent communication skills at all levels Experience managing investigations and disciplinaries What\’s on offer: Salary up to Β£32,000 20 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Free onsite parking DBS check provided as part of the recruitment process Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off | 05:30 – 17:30 | 42.5 hrs/week Apply today and take the next step in your transport career with a respected logistics leader.
