Looking to start a career in engineering and manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Leeds as a Trainee CNC Operator. No previous CNC experience is required - full training will be provided to the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work history, due to the time and training which will be invested into the successful candidate an ideal background would be 3 years + in their previous role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning to operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
- Setting up and loading materials into machines.
- Monitoring production and carrying out quality checks.
- Reading basic engineering drawings and following work instructions.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team.

- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
