We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly respected, family-owned manufacturing business based in Leeds. They are seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join their innovative and forward-thinking machinery team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technician with a passion for problem-solving, design, and assembly. You\\\’ll work on the development and build of cutting-edge machinery products, contributing to the growth of a company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
The Role
- Assemble, wire, and test complex machinery and sub-assemblies.
- Build and fit electrical panels, load PLC/HMI software, and test pneumatic systems.
- Upgrade and refurbish existing machines.
- Support continuous improvement projects and challenge existing processes.
- Work closely with the Machinery Manager and team members to enhance processes and share knowledge.
- Uphold Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in all tasks.
What\\\’s on Offer
- Competitive salary £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
- 37.5-hour working week: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:00pm
