Our client is seeking a Mix Plant Operative to join their busy, friendly team at their Leeds site. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work will be shipped to customers all over the world. The role: As a Mix Plant Operative, you\’ll be at the heart of production-creating industrial coatings to exact specifications. You\’ll: Follow detailed recipes and production methods Record and maintain accurate production data Operate within strict health & safety guidelines Uphold quality standards and keep work areas spotless Manage stock rotation of raw materials and finished products What you\’ll bring: Previous experience in industrial mixing or following large-scale recipes is ideal-but if you\’ve got the right attitude, full training will be given Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail A good understanding of weighing and measurement A counterbalance forklift licence (essential) Willingness and ability to handle materials up to 25kg Hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00 (1-hour lunch) Friday: 08:00-16:00 (1-hour lunch) Overtime regularly available and paid at enhanced rates Why apply?
