Mixing Operative – Blending, Mixing & Filling
Location: Swillington, Leeds Full-Time Position Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 3.45pm, Friday 7.30am – 11.30am
We are currently seeking a Mixing Operative to join our production team. If you\’re experienced in blending, mixing, and testing, and you\’re reliable with a strong work ethic – we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Blending and preparing grease mixtures to meet exact specifications

Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) with integrated scales to decant 200kg barrels
-
Conducting quality tests to ensure specification compliance

Filling off into various pack sizes: 5kg, 18kg, 200kg, and others

Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment
Requirements:

Previous experience in grease or chemical blending is essential

FLT Counterbalance licence preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Punctual, reliable, and ready to work as part of a hands-on team
