Major Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Halifax (HX3), known for designing and producing high-quality healthcare and mobility products. This is a permanent late shift role, with full training provided on early shifts initially. The successful candidate will be joining a business with a strong reputation for UK manufacturing, where quality, precision, and attention to detail are key.
The role will involve working on metal fabrication and assembly tasks within a busy production environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Tube bending and cutting
- Stud welding
- Reading and following technical drawings
- General manufacturing and fabrication duties
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in tube bending, stud welding, or a similar fabrication/manufacturing environment. However, training will be provided for the right person, so we are also open to applicants with a solid manufacturing background and a positive attitude.
