ajor Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced regional sales manager to cover the north for England and Ireland, from Wolverhampton upwards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing company who are now seeking to strengthen their sales team with a regional sales account manager to cover the North of England Ireland from Wolverhampton upwards. the idela candidate wull have a specific understanding in Machine CNC finished parts Using Foam, Rubber , plastics Main Duties and Responsibilities Department Responsibilities Achieve company's sales goals and budget regionally Account analysis: Assessing accounts to understand issues, stakeholders, and regional networks Action plans: Creating plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy New business development: Winning new clients, especially from competitors Sales presentations: Representing the company's value proposition Strategic account plans: Developing plans for top accounts and prospects Relationship building: Fostering relationships with customers and helping them find solutions. Be commercially aware, demonstrate an understanding of the financial impact of decisions made at all levels of the organisation Participate to customer visits onsite and externally Preparing annual sales budgets and regular sales forecasts (by customer and product). Effectively participating and contributing in Ramfoam meetings e.g. weekly and monthly Sales Meetings. Increasing profitable sales with current accounts by gaining an effective understanding of their business and associated needs and coupling this with our clients product and service offerings. Managing account issues which arise from time to time in conjunction with Ramfoam's 'head office' teams. Carrying out any other related task as deemed necessary by the Sales Director General Responsibilities Convey a positive and constructive approach to achieve growth and to increase sales Resolve issues, identify customer improvement opportunities. Ensure seamless interaction between Sales & Customer Services and other department within the business, internally and in the field Use own initiative, embrace new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement throughout the department and/or the company You may be asked to undertake reasonable overtime. The above is your normal requirements, however you may be required from time to time to undertake duties not foreseen above but within your capacity. Maintain company CRM, ERP and other business-related software and reporting programs.Based at home – preferable to be North of England or central England with a fortnighltly attendance to our clients head office in Wolverhampton.
