Goods Inwards (CMM) Programmer / Inspector
Major Recruitment | Ongoing, Full Time 37 Hours per week | (Base of £28,552.16 + £2,020.20 shift premium)
Major Recruitment is looking for a Goods Inwards (CMM) Inspector to join one of our clients Quality team. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming components, carrying out precision measurements and supporting quality investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect incoming parts and record results accurately.
- Use measuring equipment including verniers, micrometers and height gauges.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Programme and operate CMM equipment.
- Maintain quality records and support the Quality team with investigations.
About you
You will have experience in inspection and manual measurement, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach are essential. Previous CMM experience is desirable.

Pay type: Weekly - £15.89 including shift premium
Shifts: Rotating AM/PM
Week 1: Mon – Thu 6:00AM to 14:00PM, Fri 6:00AM to 11:00AM
Week 2: Mon – Thu 14:00PM to 22:00PM, Fri11:00AM to 16:00PM | Start: ASAP
Location: Shipley, Baildon.
