We're currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-driven Picker / Packer / Warehouse Operative to join our client's friendly and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity to work with a range of premium alcoholic products in a professional warehouse environment, where accuracy and teamwork are key. You'll play an important role in ensuring orders are prepared correctly and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully handle a variety of alcoholic beverages, including high-end products, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Print and apply labels to outgoing shipments.
- Prepare packaging, including box assembly, to a high standard.
- Organise and allocate incoming stock efficiently within the warehouse.
- Work closely with a small, supportive team to maintain productivity and high standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when picking and counting stock.
- Basic IT skills, including experience using hand scanners.
- Ability to read and follow picking sheets and instructions.

Pay & Hours
The initial working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pm. Following a successful probation period and once you have demonstrated your capabilities in the role, these hours will increase to full-time, 9:00am - 5:30pm. £12.21 per hour. Weekend work required during peak periods (Christmas and Bank Holidays, with notice provided).
