An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established supplier in Doncaster. Due to ongoing organic growth, they are looking to expand their team with a dedicated and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Picking Workflow Management: Manage the workflow for the Branding and Picking departments, ensuring that all orders are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to address any order-related issues, including discrepancies or special requests, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure clear communication between departments to resolve customer concerns and provide updates on order statuses or delays.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory team to resolve stock-related queries and discrepancies.

Report Management:

  • Manage, and populate multiple daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to order fulfilment, picking, and branding.
  • Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time to management for review.

What We’re Looking For:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administration, general administration, or stock control.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly in managing workflows, or similar areas.
  • Experience in liaising with customer service teams and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools, with the ability to create and analyse detailed reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve stock, workflow, and customer service issues efficiently.
