Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm; Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:00am

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

Bonus: 6% bonus eligible after probation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior CNC Miller to join a busy machining team. This is a senior hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys programming and running machines while also supporting other team members with technical guidance. This is not a heavy management role. The successful candidate will remain primarily hands-on, spending most of their time programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. Alongside this, they will help support less experienced machinists, troubleshoot machining issues and assist with shift coordination. The role would suit an experienced CNC Miller who can lead by example, support production and help maintain quality and efficiency across the shift.

Role Breakdown

  • 60 - 70% programming, setting and running CNC machines.
  • 20 - 30% providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • 10 - 20% helping coordinate shift activity.

No heavy HR responsibilities or constant reporting are required.
