  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and office visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references, and documentation meet company and legal standards.
  • Complete payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate submission of information.
  • Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.
  • Conduct referencing and right-to-work checks in line with company policies.
