Join Our Team as a Parts Advisor in the Automotive Industry. Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and take responsibility for identifying, ordering, and issuing parts, along with other key Parts Department activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and supporting operational roles to meet customer requirements.
- Accurately ordering parts using the appropriate systems.
- Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently.
- Receiving parts into stock and reconciling delivery notes with invoices.
- Recording invoices and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Managing defective/deficient parts through the parts return procedure.
- Issuing parts to technicians and recording transactions.
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining disciplined stock control.
- Ordering consumables and ensuring availability.
- Producing number plates as required.
- General housekeeping of the Parts Department.
- Carrying out additional duties to support customer service needs.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality service standards are met and improved where possible.
